A Fast Movement Patch for Pokémon Recharged Yellow

I made a small movement patch for Pokémon Recharged Yellow v1.9.7 to make walking faster. The rest of the ROM is amazing. Yellow is my favorite Pokémon game and it runs amazing on the Emerald engine.

Recharged Yellow Fast Movement Patch

• ROM offset 0x0F7B1E bypasses the Running Shoes progression check
• ROM offset 0x0F7CE8 bypasses the engine's running-location rejection to allow running inside.
• ROM offsets 0x63243C and 0x632444 make walking even faster.
